Generally, a property offered as furnished comes with all the main fixtures, furnishings and fittings, white goods, lounge and bedroom furniture etc. At the other end of the scale, an unfurnished property would normally be provided only with such basics as carpets, curtains and light fittings. Part furnished properties fall in between and tend to come with furniture but without white goods such as washing machines and fridges.
